Belovodskoye Spring

Belovodskoye village in Glushkovsky District in south-west Kursk Oblast was named for a local source of clear “white” water. The village spring is a landmark for locals and travellers. Not a spa: no narzan-level infrastructure, but a well or capture, benches and a path from the road. Water is used for drinking and gardens. A short stop on field routes through the oblast's south-west fringe. Respect private and communal land around the spring. Belovodskoye is off main tourist highways but shows how Chernozem country values small springs amid vast fields. Belovodskoye spring is a brief stop in the south-west borderlands: almost no amenities but a clear local landmark among fields. Keep the source clean; private gardens nearby are not for wandering.
