Borovichi Porcelain Factory Heritage

Borovichi is Novgorod Oblast's second city on the Msta River. Pottery and porcelain from the 18th century; Soviet Proletariy factory made mass tableware and decorative pieces still found at flea markets and in family sets. The plant is an active or reorganised industrial site; a classic workshop museum may not exist, but the town keeps porcelain memory: signs, private collections, local stories of marks and series.
