Krasnye Vorota Gorge
Krasnye Vorota is a short but striking gorge where the Chuya cuts between reddish cliffs. The Chuysky tract runs on a ledge and through a tunnel; vertical walls rise above. The name reflects rock colour, especially at sunset. A road sight rather than a hike — the main impression is from the car or marked pull-offs. Historically one of the tract's hardest sections; asphalt and a tunnel ease travel now, but rockfall is monitored — delays are possible after heavy rain. Stops are brief for photos; long parking on the carriageway is unsafe due to truck traffic. Use designated areas. Include Krasnye Vorota in a full Chuysky tract drive with other gorges and passes — part of the journey, not a standalone resort.

On the Chuysky tract between Manzherok and Aktash; the gorge is signed and includes a tunnel.
