A small forest lake in Ivolginsky District — quiet fishing and short walks.
Lake Erban
Lake Erban lies in pine forest north of Ulan-Ude. Small, partly marshy shores; fresh, cool water even in summer. Popular with local anglers; almost no tourist infrastructure — no serviced beaches or cafés. For quiet, not entertainment. Forest roads; muddy after rain. High clearance or walk from the nearest road. Combine with other district forest lakes — Kotokel or datsan routes. Follow fishing rules and leave no fire scars — managed but fragile forest.
