Laklinskaya Cave

Laklinskaya Cave (Bashkir Tashkuesh — “stone hollow”) lies in Salavatsky District on the slope of Mount Laklytau, inside the Yangan-Tau UNESCO Global Geopark. It has been a republican nature monument since 1965. It is a horizontal system of three grottos linked by galleries: total length about 252 m, with several thousand square metres of chamber floor.
