Prikalaus Heights Oak Forest
The Prikalaus Heights oak forest is a 120.64 ha regional nature monument in Alexandrovsky District adjoining Dubovoy khutor, listed among the krai’s protected areas. Against typical steppe on the Stavropol Upland, common oak stands out as a relict woodland island, preserved by relief and historical grazing regimes. The forest fits Alexandrovsky reserve routes together with Kamennye Sarai caves and Krasnoznamenskoye archaeology. Spring and autumn edge meadows are especially colourful. Not a boardwalk reserve but a living landscape — respect private fields nearby and no fires in dry wind.
