Razvalka Mountain
Razvalka is a 926 m palaeovolcanic outlier in Pyatigorye, a nature monument 1.5 km north of Zheleznovodsk, joined northward to Mount Zheleznaya. The top is a ~1 km beshtauite ridge up to 200 m high, split into blocks with vertical walls — hence the name “Razvalka” (ruins). Selitra Hill (Saltpeter Rocks) lies 600 m east — a 150 m boulder pile. A patch of permafrost here is rare at southern temperate latitudes. 20th-century adits remain from geological work — entering unprepared is unsafe. For Pyatigorye geology, not promenade-only visitors.

1.5 km north of Zheleznovodsk; paths from the resort or drive to the foot.
