Talnikovy Waterfall
Talnikovy Waterfall sits on the Putorana Plateau in Evenkiysky District near the south boundary of Putoransky Reserve, between the First and Second Gagarya mouths and Lake Dyupkun’s south shore. Coordinates 68°26′44″N 93°17′40″E; cascade height estimates ~600 m. It is seasonal: a stream feeds it fully only a few weeks after snowmelt; the cascade “vanishes” otherwise. Access is organised tours with reserve permits — independent entry is prohibited. Putorana isolation means no roads or trails to the fall; comms are unreliable. Routes start from Tura or charter flights then helicopter or boat — season and weather dependent. Not a roadside view but an expedition target for prepared groups. Respect reserve rules: stay on route, leave no trace, do not fly drones without approval.
