Ush-Beldir Mineral Springs
Ush-Beldir (Tuv. Üsh-Beldir) is a balneological resort in a former arban in eastern Tuva on the Mongolian border. The Dustug-Khem spring yields hydrogen-sulphide water up to 80 °C with radon present. A resort since 1933, since 2016 it sits in the “Ush-Beldir” cluster of Tuva Nature Park. Operation is seasonal with one hotel and limited rooms. Access is hard — small-aircraft and helicopter flights from Kyzyl are irregular; the main route is a long mountain road. Official profiles cite musculoskeletal, nervous and urological conditions; treatments are baths, showers and mud on prescription. This is isolated medical infrastructure, not a highway spa.
