Bolshoye Ozerko

An abandoned military settlement where two five-storey buildings still stand. The place expanded in the late 1960s, when the first fully serviced apartment block on the peninsulas was built here, together with a hockey rink made by the servicemen. The last soldiers and officers left in autumn 1994. Nearby is a prominent memorial to the defenders of the Sredny and Rybachy peninsulas.
